University of Exeter

The University of Exeter’s 2030 strategy has three pillars:

1. Lead meaning fill action against the climate emergency and ecological crisis.
2. Make key breakthroughs to transform human health and wellbeing.
3. Lead the progress towards creating and fair and socially just and inclusive society.

All of these are highly relevant to the CASCADE mission.

Although relevant academics can be found is several departments across the University, key are the staff at the Centre for Ecology and Conservation and the Environment and Sustainability Institute on the Cornwall Campus which also host the coordination of Exeter Marine and the Biodiversity and People Network. The Cornwall Campus also hosts the recently launched Graduate School of Environment and Sustainability.
